Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Raptor FM platform and website operated by Raptor FM Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Raptor FM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Permitted Use

Raptor FM is licensed for use by facility management companies and their authorised employees. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Share access credentials with unauthorised third parties
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to data you upload to Raptor FM. We do not claim ownership of your content. We will not access your data except to provide the service, troubleshoot with your permission, or comply with law.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raptor FM Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend access immediately for Terms violations. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
